Clicking the count/View more button for playlists on your own profile will redirect you to the Playlists page. To trigger the modal, switch views by opening the Config modal.

This will open your default email client and allows you add receipients and edit the message.
The mailto: function for playlists was removed because we introducted the "Share" modal with the addition of keywords and marking private/public.
Currently, you cannot "share" other user's public playlists (and why not?)
I am proposing we move the "Public" and "Keyword" options as part of the "Edit" modal/control.
